  • How much does it cost?
    Lawn card daily rentals are $99 + delivery and HST for 10-12 hours.
  • When do I make the payment?
    We will require you to make your payment in full before we “card” your yard! You can pay by credit card or e-transfer. Instructions are in the booking confirmation invoice.
  • What is included?
    The signs for the occasion (i.e. Happy Birthday etc.), age, and balloons are always included in our bundles! We also like to include a few smiley emojis and hearts as well. If you would like to add a few other emojis you can check the ‘Character’ tab for options. Please include the request in the ‘Additional Questions’ section of your order.
  • Can I select the characters / Emojis?
    Various characters and emojis are included for free as well! (pending availability). Please include 1 or 2 character choices in the ‘'Additional Questions’ section of the booking form if you have not chosen a themed lawn card. We will do our best to include at least 1 of your 2 choices in the display.
  • What colours do you have?
  • Happy Birthday is available in Red, Blue, Pinkish Purple, and Bright Pink based on availability. All other letters are in Yellow.

    Numbers are available in Red, Blue, Black, and both shades of Pink.

    Balloons are available Red, Blue, Teal, Green, Yellow, Orange, Purple and Pink.
  • Can I add a name?
    You can customize the display with the addition of a name for an additional $25. Names are in yellow letters.
  • Can I customize what the sign says?
    If you wish the card to be customized, there is a charge of $25 for up to an additional 20 letters. All letters are in yellow.
  • What areas do you serve?
    A nominal fee is charged for delivery and pick up and is listed when you start the booking process. We serve Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, New Hamburg, Ayr, Brantford, Paris, Guelph and surrounding areas.
  • I placed my order! Am I all set?
    After you have selected the occasion and filled out the booking form, which includes the payment portion, along with any other requests (delivery time, characters, etc.), you will receive a confirmation booking email from info@cardtheyardkw.ca. If we have any clarifying questions about your card we will contact you, otherwise, you are all set!

  • How do I pay with e-transfer?
    If you would like to pay with e-transfer, continue through the booking process and click on Book This Item Now! At this point, your order is saved in the system and confirmed. You can send the e-transfer to info@cardtheyardkw.ca.
  • When will you come to set up?
    Set up time is usually between 7:30am and 8:30am the day of, or we may set up the night before at dusk/dark depending on our delivery schedule.
  • How long do I keep the signs for?
    The signs will remain on your lawn for the day and we will return to take it down approximately 10-12 hours later. On occasion we may leave the signs overnight for pick up the following morning based on our delivery schedules and routes. If the signs are staying until the following morning, we will send you an email to let you know!
